Farm
The Great Northern Pines is a newly formed fibre
farm. We bought our 17 alpacas in the summer of 2007 and since then have opened
up a cute little shop in which we sell unique hand knitted alpaca products.
Educating Northern Communities on the benefits of alpaca farming and fibre
processing is just one of our intended goals.. one reason. Because of our
extremely cold winters alpaca winterwear is the only way to go!
Services Offered
We are open to the curious tourists in the summer
and are in the early stages of carding, weaving, spinning and processing our own
fleeces.
